If you'd like to assemble a birthday box for a foster child in the Austin area, we've created a checklist for you to follow, which will be emailed to you after you sign up to sponsor a box. Simply pick a theme and fill a plastic storage bin with the listed items. When a request comes in that matches the theme, we will personalize for the specific child and add their gift wishes. The birthday box will then be delivered with a donor sticker that says, "Given with love by (Your Name)." Additionally, please like our Facebook page where you will see specific posts for upcoming requests. These usually have a two-week turn-around time, but allow you to really personalize!

To provide personalized birthday celebrations to children in foster care, creating a moment of connection between the child and a loving adult. We believe that something as simple as a birthday party has the power to provide normalcy, joy and hope in a foster child’s life.
Description
We currently fulfill birthday requests from our partner agencies (including Child Protective Services, CASA, Upbring, Pathfinders and Pathways Youth and Family Services) for foster children in and around the Austin, Texas area. Once we receive a request, we get to work preparing a custom party in a box for the foster child and caregivers. The Pop-Up Birthday box is a plastic bin filled to the brim with complete party supplies, including theme decorations, paper good, gift card for cake, candles, balloons, goody bags, a personalized card and gifts for the foster child.
