We provide Indiana Kidney Check screenings to those 18 and older that includes: BP,BMI, glucose finger stick, Urinalysis, and GFR to determine health risk for kidney diseases, provide education on prevention and management and show how the kidneys are functioning. After all the results are given we need a Nurse Practitioner, Medical doctor, Fellow, 2nd year and up medical student or Physician Assistant to review the participants results. Do what you love to do and give back to the community at the same time.2 hour shifts are available

Description
The National Kidney Foundation of Indiana (NKFI) is a state affiliate of the National Kidney Foundation, Inc. The National office was established in 1950; Indiana's office was started in 1970. Our major program areas include Patient Services, Public Education, Professional Education, Public Policy, and Minority Outreach. We also have staff to assist with fundraising and program development. Our constituents include many types of organ transplant recipients, patients and family members, organ donors, organ donor families, lay volunteers, and medical professionals.
