We are a new nonprofit law firm (1 year old), and we're looking for a bookkeeper (someone with relevant experience and / or education) to manage / handle:

  • Bank accounts (operating and trust (IOLTA));
  • Payroll;
  • Taxes;
  • IRS Form 990 reporting.

Currently, we maintain electronic account registers (in Apple Numbers), and we also use Quickbooks. However, we're open to changing our setup if necessary / recommended.

We have an office in Pioneer Square that you're welcome to work at, but we imagine candidates would want to work remotely, which is definitely okay. As long as you're communicative (via email and / or phone), we're pretty flexible.

If you're interested, please shoot us a message here, and we’ll respond via email and ask for your resume and cover letter.

Thanks so much!
