Become a Connections Program Volunteer Driver Today!

The West Valley Hospital's Connections Program is a transportation service that provides patients with rides to West Valley Hospital and all Salem Health affiliated clinics within Polk County. The patients we serve have identified barriers to transportation and would otherwise not be able to make it to their appointments. As a Connections Program Driver you would be directly responsible for improving community health, and providing patients with a sense of independence, by providing transportation to these appointments. Connections Program Volunteer Drivers would be expected to commit to one, four hour, shift per week. Drivers operate a 2016 Ford Transit, equipped with a wheelchair lift, that has been graciously donated by the Salem Health/West Valley Foundation. If you are interested in improving public health and interacting with patients, become a volunteer today!
