This year we are asking folks to love each other above all else. Volunteers are invited to be part of the iconic Kettle and Bell Program, which helps The Salvation Army to provide food, shelter, and essential services to more than 23 million people each year. The funds you raise stay in your local community and is a great way to love your neighbors beyond the hardships being faced.
You can volunteer in-person or virtually:
- In-Person: Adopt-a-Day Bell Ringing! Gather the folks you are quarantined with and make the experience your own! You can work with your local corps to find creative ways to raise awareness, like dressing up or playing the guitar. We have multiple dates and locations in your area.
- In-Person: Bring Music to the Kettles! Share your musical talent by helping to engage the community and draw attention to our fundraising efforts.
- Virtually: Host an online Red Kettle! Use your online presence to do some good! Increasing awareness and raising funds online gives those around you a platform to get connected to their communities and affect change.
