- Assist Activity staff in implementing daily therapeutic and recreational activities.
- Provide participants with a safe environment to meet the needs of the participants and work with team members to implement daily programming.
- Collaborates with the development and facilitation of activities that build upon participant strengths, needs and personal preferences.
- Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of the center by setting up and returning activity props to proper storage places.
- Assist team member and participants with midday meals and snacks, including but not limited to serving and clean-up, assisting participants with proper use of utensils and alerting staff of any problems

Description
Main Line Adult Day Center (MLADC) has served the needs of chronically ill adults and their families in the community since its non-profit incorporation in 1989. The Board of Directors is a partnership of Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church and Main Line Health System. Our program is designed to meet the needs of adults with cognitive and physically limitations, such as Alzheimer’s and related dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, developmental disabilities, heart conditions, etc.
Our goal is to support clients in achieving and maintaining the highest possible level of independence and well-being so that they may continue living in their communities. Center services enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families, delay or prevent full-time institutional care, and reduce hospital readmission and emergency room visits.
