Court Watch NOLA volunteers come from a variety of walks of life, but are all interested in making New Orleans' criminal justice system more efficient and effective. Most of our volunteers attend court for at least one morning per week or every other week, observing and rating the judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and other public servants. We then compile the data our volunteers collect and issue reports every few months, in an effort to educate the public and make our justice system more accountable. We have expanded into Magistrate Court and into Municipal Court.
