Do you want to make a difference in your community? Do you value empowerment and education for the youth and disabled community? Do you have the skills to be a Photographer? Brian Tom, Blind Founder and CEO of CEC California Educational Centers and BLINDSTART of America is seeking a talented, diligent individual to be a Volunteer Phtographer. As Photographer, you would take photos of the wonderful events hosted by BLINDSTART and CEC to capture their stories, and share it with the world. BLINDSTART will be participating in many exciting Dragon Boating ventures in the upcoming months, and with the new School Year just in session, CEC’s several programs are in full gear, and a sight to remember.

Mission Statement
Blind Start of America is an award winning 501(c)3 non-profit organization, who's passion is bringing together sighted and visually impaired people through exciting athletic and social events like Dragon Boat Racing and the Blind Mud Run. Our mission is to provide scholarships for blind and visually impaired persons (VIPs) to develop job skills to enable them to ultimately lead lives of independence. These scholarships provide education, training, communication, transportation, adaptive equipment and technology.
Description
We raise awareness and money for visually impaired individuals. We do this by participating in marathons, dragon boat races, and mud runs.
