We are a startup 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was born in the East Village of Downtown, San Diego, CA. We are looking for all the help we can get from people that believe in our mission. We need volunteers with nonprofit experience, day to day management, volunteers that want to create Lids, volunteers to donate, and volunteers to Disseminate the Lids of Encouragement and nourishment to those in need. We are in search of people that believe everyone deserves a little encouragement. THIS IS A STARTUP THAT HAS RECENTLY RECEIVED 501c3 STATUS. That is where we are at today so we all the help we can get building a strong foundation for the movement to be able to handle "going viral"

We need volunteers to help us create a direct mail campaign
We need volunteers to help us create a monthly newsletter
We need volunteers to help us create a social media campaign
We need volunteers to help us create a video introducing what we do
We need volunteers to help us with the accounting and bookeeping and taxes
We need volunteers to help us with brand management
We need volunteers to help us create our own seasoning salt mix
We need volunteers to help us create and maintain our online store
We need volunteers to help us with non profit sales copy writing
We need volunteers to help us with Grant writing
We need volunteers to help connect us with influential people that will create a Lid of Encouragement, share it on their social media, and endorse the organization

We need donors to help us fundraise to produce 1000+ blank "Lids of Encouragement" mail ready
We need a corporate donation to help us get a flagship SUV for the transportation needs of Lids of
Encouragement and its volunteers (i.e. 2016 GMC Denali Black on Black)
We need a corporate sponsor to help us wrap the SUV in Lids of Encouragement Branding
We need a corporate sponsor to donate in-kind 1000's of 16oz Reditainer containers with lids
We need a corporate sponsor to donate in-kind storage space
We are seeking a corporate sponsor that will donate in-kind an office we can use as our headquarters in San Diego, CA
We are seeking experienced non-profit employees to help us with the day to day operations of the charity
We are seeking a team with experience taking an idea/product and taking it viral.
