Hurkey Creek Park is located in the beautiful city of Mountain Center. Amenities include camping, laundry, hiking trails, a playground, and biking course. The park is located next door to the City of Idyllwild where you will find unique shops, eateries and art galleries.

OVERVIEW: Live on-site in your RV and fulfill a minimum of 20 volunteer work hours per week in exchange for your site. Utilities are $25 per month.

DUTIES INCLUDE: Open and close gates and points of entry, Greet visitors and determine appropriate fees based on usage of services; collects fees, issues receipts and permits, and records all registration information , answers inquiries and provides information on services, rules, and regulations in person and over the phone , observes established procedures to ensure the safety and security of visitors including refusing entry to persons not conforming to regulations , participate in custodial duties, work with maintenance personnel on minor construction, maintenance, repair, and improvement of structures, facilities and grounds.
