Ecumenical Hunger Program - Community Closet Assistance

Community Closet Volunteer:
Overview: Help those we serve choose outfits for their occasion, such as work or school. Assist individuals in selecting clothing for various occassions. Sort and stock donated clothes items and shoes in bins, shelves, and racks. Keep items and area organized. Other Community Closet tasks may evolve where assistance is needed.
Skills needed: Basic verbal and written communication.
Hours per shift: optional. Shifts per week: optional. Shifts per month: optional
Days and/or Time Needed: Monday-Friday: Timeframe between 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. > 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. OR 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Job Location: East Palo Alto
Public Transportation located on the same block as site, SamTrans #280
Orientation/Training Provided: Hands on training, buddy system (staff or trained volunteer) will work along with volunteer.
We'll work with your schedule.
