Mission Statement

We seek to provide a low to no cost option for students to learn STE(a)M and active life skills. There is a stereotype of an engineer, coder, or athlete - but these should never be mutually exclusive. If we can provide more access and inspiration to girls, minorities, those without means to buy expensive equipment, classes, or materials - or anyone interested in the STE(a)M world, we believe that we can change our country's future one mind at a time.

Description

All volunteer initiative focused on balancing life skills between STEAM topics and fitness / healthy lifestiles. We believe that an Active Mind and Active Body are critical for youth development - and for the future. We seek to strike a balance between mind and body - so half of each session is focused on an engineering and/or technology topic that is complimented by an active choice. Science and Sports / Active Life Choices in one spot!

We seek to shrink the STEAM industries gap by providing free or low cost access to instruction for all sexes, races, and income levels. The excitement, freedom, and innovation that STEAM topics can provide should be availalbe to all who have the appetite to learn!

We are an independent STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) initiative focused primarily on technology and Engineering; utilizing hands-on immersive methods, students are able to walk away with practical application of useful skills. Our STEM/STEAM Adventure camps seek to strike a balance between active and intellectual - so half of each session is focused on an engineering and/or technology topic that is complimented by a related active exercise. Science and Adventure Camp in one spot!
