Village Savings and Loans Group meeting

Over the years, SAVE-Ghana has organized poor rural women into village savings and loans organizations and have helped them to start up businesses processing groundnuts and shea nuts. Today there are over 750 such business cooperatives in the area, numbering over 22,000 women.

SAVE-Ghana welcomes business leaders, entrepreneurs, angel investors, financial advisors, sales and marketing experts, and supply chain management experts to be mentors and business coaches to help the women to further develop and scale up their businesses.

Virtual volunteering and mentoring is also possible for some of our clients. Please ask us for details.

Sustainable Aid through Voluntary Establishment - Ghana (SAVE-Ghana), registration number G-24,859, was founded in 2004 and registered as a charity organization on 8th July, 2008. SAVE-Ghana is a non-political, non-religious, non-ethnic, non-profitable non-governmental organization that works mainly in rural and peri-urban areas to support the needy who are also vulnerable and have their rights trampled upon. To achieve this objective, the organization works in 5 thematic areas viz. Agriculture and Food Security; Environmental Conservation; Education and Child Protection; Primary Health Care and HIV/AIDS; and Good Governance and Gender Equity.
