Scheduler needed to assist the Center's dynamic Social Services Team. Responsibilities include answering telephones, scheduling client appointments, email follow-up, and filing. Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, organized and possess excellent communication and people skills. Bilingual helpful. Flexible hours Monday through Friday, mornings or afternoons - 2 days per week. All volunteer must be background screened and undergo a physical at their own expense. Ideal opportunity for student or retiree.

Description

Since 1971, Broward Children's Center has provided quality programs to infants, children, and young adults with special health care needs. The Center provides a wide range of direct care, support, and quality of life advocacy services for these children and their families. Our services include: Preschools for typically developing and special needs children, Education for children who are medically complex, Rehabilitation, Medical Transportation; Licensed home health care; In-home and facility based respite care; Before & After School Programs; Physical, occupational, and speech and language therapy; Counseling, Pediatric Extended care, Group Homes, and Diaphragmatic Pacing System Implementation and Rehabilitation
