Volunteer Services Recruitment Team role supports targeted recruitment through recruitment events/strategy, as well as helping to understand organizational/line of services need through needs assessment. Identify, book and conduct recruitment events. Maintain posted volunteer opportunities and information in the partner database. Must have good computer and communication skills, as well as the ability to conduct presentations and engage people in the mission of the Red Cross.
