The Soldiers Project is seeking clinical MSW graduates to help heal the hidden wounds of war.

The statistics of PTSD, depression, anxiety, and suicide within the military community are staggering and unacceptable. Since 2004, The Soldiers Project (TSP) has been providing free and confidential mental health services to Post 9/11 Veterans and their loved ones. We are currently looking for ASW's in Sacramento who are willing and able to provide pro-bono therapy to the men, women, and families who serve in our armed forces.

We provide training to all our volunteers - even if you’ve never worked with the military community we will ensure you are well equipped to successfully navigate this experience. Volunteers also have access to peer-supported consultation groups and free continuing education credits to further their knowledge on veteran and military issues.

If you would like to learn more about our program, visit our website at www.TheSoldiersProject.org. For questions, or to apply, please email Shing Long at slong@thesoldiersproject.org.
