Join the Y and Friends of Herring Run Park at Armistead Gardens Clean Up
- We will be removing trash from wooded areas and the river.
- Parking will be available on the street and nearby field.
- Trash pickers, bags, gloves, and water will be provided for volunteers.
- We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and long pants.
Please meet us at the entrance to Casey's Trail on Armistead Way.

Open to all, our programs support three core focus areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility. Operate at hundreds of Y sites and community locations throughout Central Maryland we impact hundreds of thousands of community members. Through grant funded programs and Y Financial Assistance scholarships made possible through generous community donations, thousands of youth who are financially vulnerable and their families are given the same fair chance to thrive in school and in life that each of us needs and deserves.
