Looking to get involved with your neighborhood a bit more? Well come out to our Friends of Trees planting event and get ready to have fun! Whether you enjoy being outside, meeting new people, or caring for the environment. Our planting events meet a variety of needs, no experience needed.

Please arrive to the staging site, Zion Lutheran Church, by 8:45am to enjoy some breakfast treats and hot coffee or chocolate. The planting starts promptly at 9:00am. We provide gloves and tools, so all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes or boots. Our neighborhood volunteers will also provide a potluck lunch for all volunteers after the planting is complete.

Looking to volunteer as a group? RSVPs are kindly requested for groups of more than 5 people - copy and paste this link http://www.friendsoftrees.org/volunteering/group-registration to do so. RSVPs are not required for individuals or groups of 4 or fewer -- you can simply show up!

For any volunteer under the age of 18 who will be planting WITHOUT their guardian, a pre-signed liability waiver is required on the day of the event. To get a copy of this waiver, feel free to contact the Volunteer & Outreach team!
