A TEDx event is a local gathering where live TED-like talks and videos previously recorded at TED conferences are shared with the community. TEDx events are fully planned and coordinated independently, on a community-by-community basis. The content and design of each TEDx event is unique and developed independently, but all of them have features in common.
Event ManagerThis person manages most of your event’s day-of logistics, and is responsible for creating a "TEDx experience" for your guests. They serve as the contact with your venue’s staff, manage day-of event activities outside of the main stage, and are often in charge of ticketing and registration needs.

IGlow Mentoring is a program that Inspires Girls to Lead Our World. We are helping the young women of Chicago grades 8th-12th have the confidence and high values necessary to go forward as wonderful world leaders. Our mission is to effect change in young girls by renewing their minds and restoring values. Our goal is to increase their sense of self worth and retrain them on what it looks like to be a successful young woman in today’s society.
