Description
Santa for Seniors is a program of Lutheran Community Services Northwest, a Social Service Agency with more than 100 years of service to the Pacific Northwest. Although LCSNW serves people of all ages, our South Puget Sound office focus is on programs for the elderly and people with disabilities. Since 2015, the Santa for Seniors program has worked with a range of agencies and organizations to identify isolated and homebound seniors in the community. The program works with community partners to provide a bridge to resources, create intergenerational awareness, and strives to improve other social determinants of health. These seniors are acknowledged with a gift at various touch points throughout the year. Gifts are meant to be thoughtful and support the various needs of the senior.
