ORGANIZATION: The Medical Team Hospice

THE MEDICAL TEAM Hospice would love to have a therapy dog/s visit our patients. Many of our patients would benefit from the companionship of a loving pet. The therapy dog would visit facilities in the area where our patients are placed. The volunteer may choose to go to only one of the facilities. The therapy dog owner would need to show proof of certification and all shots and registration up to date. As a volunteer you may also choose to see patients one on one with the pet therapy or in a group, it is your preference. Vicinia Gardens in Fenton has many of our patients residing there and we would like to provide them with animal therapy. Please help in giving our patients a smile.
