Volunteers for this shift will be helping teams prepare for the race. You will meet at the Ragnar Headquarters tent and a staff member will be there to train you and provide instructions. You will assist with checking teams in, directing traffic, restocking supplies and keeping the area clean. Some final set up may require heavy lifting, so all volunteers should be able to lift 25-40lbs.
