We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who have an interest in nonprofit causes and fundraising. If that sounds like you continue reading!
Responsibilities
Arrive at the event in time for first staff meeting
Familiarize yourself with the items available for silent auction and be able to explain/promote those items to Gala guests -- enthusiasm and good communication skills are a must!
Assist guests with bidding at silent auction tables
Assure the security of items at silent auction tables
Other duties as assigned including aiding with other volunteers’ roles
Must sign up guests in the iPad to get bidding ID.

Excellent communication skills
Good organization skills with attention to detail
Charismatic personality with ability to interact positively with our guest and actively engage all guests
Effective problem solving - must be able to handle large groups and high-stress situations
Goal-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic and passionate; Interested in our cause
