The Front Desk/Intake Volunteer will work with IRC caseworkers and staff to direct refugee, asylee and immigrant clients to the proper department. They will answer basic questions and direct all phone calls to the correct staff member. No experience necessary. All training provided. This volunteer opportunity is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 12pm - 4pm. This is an ongoing opportunity and is located at our office in Glendale.
