**FREE TSHIRT for first 20 volunteers**
Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Set Up & Break down tables & chairs, place decorations, help nonprofits set up (All)
- Since Fiesta Hall is in the middle of the park right on Vista St nonprofits will need to pull up and unload. Volunteers can take their things to designated tables while the nonprofit folks park
- Greeters (2) - hand out programs and count heads with clicker
- Info table (1-2) - answer questions
- Silent Auction table (1-2) maybe combined with the above
- Food & Service (5) - cut foods into bite size, place on trays, roam & serve
- Roamers (3) - walk about, chat, answer questions assist nonprofits as needed
- Entertainment coordinator (1-2) - get stage ready for acts as needed. Inform sound guy when acts are ready.
