Project Zero: PGC is an engaging, all inclusive community-based health promotion pilot focused on eliminating new cases of persons with diabetes related end organ disease such as blindness, amputations and renal dialysis in Prince George's County, Maryland by 2022.
We are looking for individuals to assist us with the Diabetes Wellness Walk by performing various tasks that include setting up, passing out water, lending a helping hand, encouraging the walkers, and so much more. Join us in the fight against this disease!

The Institute for Creative Community Initiatives (ICCI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth, young adults, and families in vulnerable communities to address issues confronting their well-being through innovative and sustainable strategies that focus on adopting healthy lifestyles.

We provide excellent empowerment services in three key areas:

  • Economic Empowerment Education and Training

  • Youth, Young Adults and Family Outreach
