The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra will perform two Disney concerts on Sunday, October 14, and we need a team of volunteers to help decorating the lobby of Michigan Theater in the morning from 10 AM-12 PM.
If you're interested in crafting, please also consider joining us on Saturday, Oct 6 between 12-4 PM. We'll have crafting materials & tools at the A2SO Office (35 Research Drive, Suite 100, Ann Arbor, MI 48103)
Each volunteer who assists with decorating and crafting is eligible for a FREE ticket to one of the concerts (2pm or 5pm). We can also use some help for an hour after the concert (around 6:30-7:30pm) to take down all the decorations.
