Volunteers are needed to help create an Indiana prairie space next to the 11 circuit Chartres Labyrinth. Invasive plants have taken over this space. Keep Indianapolis Beautiful will supervise the removal of invasive plants so that this space will become an example of a natural habitat. It will also be a good education in invasives vs. native plants; tool use and safety; and the makings of an Indiana prairie.
Come for breakfast at 8:30 a.m. If you have them, bring work gloves.
