On the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month, we host a Lunch and Learn or Eat-Ertainment event for our Senior Members. These are large luncheons where 50-70 area seniors get out to socialize, eat a delicious meal, and experience an informative speaker or a fun entertainer. They are well attended and loved by our seniors. Last month we had Mac Arnold singing the blues!
We are looking for volunteers that can help us make these events a more enjoyable and special experience.
Set-Up 9:00-11:30 AM - 3 Volunteers Needed
Help us role silverware, set tables, place chairs, fill cups with ice, and get ready for the presentation or show.
Serving and Clean-Up from 11:00 to 1:30 - 3 Volunteers Needed
As members begin to take their seats at 11:15, help us greet them and serve food and drinks. We'll relax a bit from 12:00 to 1:00 while the presentation is running and then we'll begin clean-up promptly at 1:00 PM. You can enjoy all the fun of that day's entertainment.
