Premier Hospice & HomeCare is looking for volunteers in Agoura Hills, CA area to join our team. As a Hospice Volunteer you will be visiting patients in their home or in nursing facilities.
All you can do to keep them happy,
play games, sing, read books, do art & crafts, walk with them in the garden, work on puzzles, origami paper folding and many more....

Description
Premier Hospice & HomeCare provides hospice services that are intended to meet the physical, psychological, practical, and spiritual needs of hospice patients and family/caregivers. The The core hospice team members (RN, Medical Special Worker, Physician, and Bereavement counselors) are available to patients and family/caregivers seven (7) days week, 24 hours a day. Other disciplines will be available as needed to meet patient and family/caregiver care needs.
