Staff a table and enjoy the Toms River Field of Dreams Fitness Fun Day. Hand out MOCEANS pamphlets, flyers and promotional material. Speak to MOCEANS mission based on a script with which you will be provided. You will be partnering with a MOCEANS staff member and relieving them on staffing the table for a couple of hours. MOCEANS staff will be in touch to brief you on the activities.
Free entry included! Assist from 9:00-12:00 and Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at the event.

FITNESS FUN SCHEDULE
9-10am ‒ Yoga with SUKHA
10-10:15am ‒ Yoga-KIDS (all inclusive) with SUKHA
10:30-11:30am ‒ Zumba with multiple local instructors
11:45-12:45pm ‒ Pound with certified Pound Pros, Amy and Lisa
1-1:30pm ‒ Zumba/Pound-KIDS (all inclusive) with certified Pound Pros, Amy and Lisa
1:45-2:45pm ‒ CrossFit with CrossFit Toms River
3-4pm ‒ Zumba with multiple instructors
