Volunteer drivers needed in all locations - Ajax, Brock,
Clarington, Oshawa, Pickering, Scugog, Uxbridge and Whitby.
Using their own vehicles, this special team of volunteers pick up clients at their homes and drive them to medical appointments or for grocery shopping/errands. Mileage is reimbursed by the client.
A Police Vulnerable Sector Check and a Drivers Abstract are required. For those who can spare a few hours during the day, please call 905-837-0017, ext. 237. Visit our website at www.communitycaredurham.on.ca to complete a volunteer form.
