We are looking for committed ladies and gentlemen (ages 20-older) from any area of New Jersey to pledge Nu Sigma Theta, an organization formed for community service, social networking, youth mentoring and professional development. Current members are from Rahway, Elizabeth, Edison, Bayonne and Secaucus.

Each month, we send out a "Community Service Planner" with a list of projects and activities that we will do for that month. The majority can be done from home while others might ask for "in person" participation, especially around the holiday season. You only do the projects that you are most interested in and/or that you have time to do. We have some social activities as well, but these are not mandatory. For October and November, we will be collecting supplies to be donated to the homeless and to families facing crisis due to the recent storms and wildfires.

Candidates will participate in our orientation via email (you will be asked to read a document and follow instructions at the end of it). Once you complete orientation, you will be officially initiated into the organization and can begin working on projects with us.
