The Civic Orchestra of Jacksonville's Fall Concert is on October 1st and we need a few volunteers to help make things go smoothly:
2:00-Arrive onsite at St. Johns Cathedral to help set up stage with chairs
3:00-4:30-Some downtime to prep the house (fold programs, help set up reception)
4:30-doors open, greet guests, usher them to seats, collect email contacts for our mailing list
5:00-6:00-concert
5:00-7:00-help at reception (pour drinks, cut cake, keep area tidy)
7:00-8:00-breakdown and load supplies into U haul (reception decor, timpani, etc)
volunteers are welcome to stay for the entire service day or just part of it.

Description
The Civic Orchestra of Jacksonville is a not-for-profit classical music orchestra. We are amateur and professional musicians who volunteer our time to rehearse and perform free concerts for our community.
The orchestra’s focus is on collaborating with musicians, composers, dancers and visual artists to create superb and original programming.
