Thank you for your interest in volunteering with ArtWorks for Freedom's ACTION DC! campaign. This sign up is to help us spread the word about our campaign to business, restaurants, coffee shops, churches, libraries, public institutions, etc. throughout our communities. We are asking you to sign up to help distribute flyers in specific neighborhoods within the city. Different slots have been broken down by neighborhood. You may sign up for as many neighborhoods you would like to distribute to! You may distribute the flyers on whichever day is convenient to you from 09/21/17-09/29/17. The times are just a guideline, you can choose to go when you would like, but do plan on being out for about 2-3 hours.
We will be hosting a volunteer orientation on Tuesday September 26th from 5-6 PM at the Southwest Neighborhood Library (SW/Waterfront Metro). We will be going over a bit about ArtWorks for Freedom, ACTION DC! and distributing the flyers. If you cannot attend this orientation, or would like to begin flyering as soon as possible (which you're more than welcome to do!) please contact us so we can schedule a time convenient for you to come pick up the flyers!
We are hoping to get the word out to as many people as possible leading up to the event and we need your help to do it!
Please sign up for different neighborhoods here: http://bit.ly/2xRMesz
Thanks!
