The Project HEAL- Southeast Pennsylvania Chapter is seeking a warm, friendly, and passionate individual in the West Chester, PA area to join their executive board as the Chapter Finance Manager.
Some of the primary tasks involved with this role are:
- Ensures that all financial documents and accounts for the Chapter are up to date
- Keeps track of all funds for the Chapter
- May assist with some local grant application submissions for Chapter funding
- Guides Chapter to help meet fundraising goals
- Attend all executive board meetings.
All Chapter executive board positions require a 1-year commitment from volunteers. Additionally, this role requires approximately 5-6 hours per week; specific times for when this role is completed can be somewhat flexible.
This is a great opportunity for anyone in the West Chester area with an interest and/or background in managing finances, as well as helping people affected by eating disorders and body image issues.

Project HEAL is a 501(c)3 non- profit organization that provides access to healing for all people with eating disorders.
Description
Since its founding in 2008, Project HEAL has provided over 100 applicants with access to live-saving treatment for their eating disorder, established over 30 Chapters and 25 Ambassadors bringing Project HEAL's mission and values to communities across the United States, and developed partnerships with more than 30 recognized eating disorder treatment providers across the US. The primary function of Chapters is to serve as robust local recovery communities that offer resources for those affected by eating disorders and opportunities to volunteer and make a difference in the lives of those affected by eating disorders.
We are an organization with a large volunteer base and have many volunteer opportunities available year-round. We are always looking for new people who have an interest in and passion for helping others suffering from eating disorders, poor body image, and low self-esteem.
