If you are considering getting into the fitness industry and want to see what it's like, this opportunity is perfect for you!
The Hope Zone offers free and low-cost fitness classes to the community. We specialize in functional fitness which is the newest trend in the industry. We also bring a unique twist by encouraging families to work out together. Our classes have various ages and fitness levels so it provides a great experience to work with people of all shapes, sizes and goals.
You would work directly with the Personal Trainer in helping to set up the class, help encourage our participants, track times and reps, and help clients fill out forms. You also have an opportunity to suggest your own creative ideas and provide feedback to help us make this class as awesome as possible.
If you can bring a passion for fitness, reliability, and your people skills, we'll provide the experience you are looking for to determine if you want to pursue this career. If you simply someone who wants to help others and are fine in your current career, that's cool too!

Mission Statement
To inspire individuals and families to have strong relationships, live financially stable lives, and be physically healthy as God intended us to live.
Description
Our goal is to support families and build a community of people who will encourage each other to be healthy in the following areas:
Emotional Wellness & Healthy Relationships: Fun, interactive classes to help you improve your own stress management while building healthier relationships at home, at work and in the community. Our Family Fun Days are a chance to come together for some fun.
Physical Fitness & Nutrition: We offer total body workouts that the whole family (5 years and older) can do together. Classes can be modified for all levels of fitness. We also offer individual support for those looking to address specific health concerns.
Financial Stability: The whole family can move towards financial health through Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University for adults, Junior's Adventures for kids, and Yes I Can! for teens and young adults. The value of working hard, saving money, living debt-free, and giving are covered in all three classes.
Spiritual Strength: Many of our classes are Biblically based but done in a way that people of all faiths are comfortable. We stand firm in the judgement-free zone and welcome people of all faiths and backgrounds. Our classes end with a prayer for anyone who would like to join us.
