About Invictus Institute Invictus Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been setting up online tutoring arrangements since 2012. Our mission is to build and empower disadvantaged people to improve their future. We currently operate in Bangladesh, Ghana, India, and Uganda, with plans to expand into other countries. Position Description and Qualifications * Assist in creating videos, seamlessly placing pieces together for a professional-quality video. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.) * Should have experience in effective video clip placement, utilizing text and visuals in videos as well as audio editing. Alternatively could have experience in animation and help us create an animated video on our work. Video experience demonstrated through work samples is preferred. * Ensure our key messages and goals are incorporated into the videos. Creative mind and strong storytelling skills.
* Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects. Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.

* Effective communicator and troubleshooter. Ability to make decisions and follow through with minimal supervision and able to meet deadlines.
