About The Hope Zone

Location:

Mission Statement

To inspire individuals and families to have strong relationships, live financially stable lives, and be physically healthy as God intended us to live.

Description

Our goal is to support families and build a community of people who will encourage each other to be healthy in the following areas:

Emotional Wellness & Healthy Relationships: Fun, interactive classes to help you improve your own stress management while building healthier relationships at home, at work and in the community. Our Family Fun Days are a chance to come together for some fun.

Physical Fitness & Nutrition: We offer total body workouts that the whole family (5 years and older) can do together. Classes can be modified for all levels of fitness. We also offer individual support for those looking to address specific health concerns.

Financial Stability: The whole family can move towards financial health through Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University for adults, Junior's Adventures for kids, and Yes I Can! for teens and young adults. The value of working hard, saving money, living debt-free, and giving are covered in all three classes.

Spiritual Strength: Many of our classes are Biblically based but done in a way that people of all faiths are comfortable. We stand firm in the judgement-free zone and welcome people of all faiths and backgrounds. Our classes end with a prayer for anyone who would like to join us.
