Come and help Groundwork Denver plant 75 to 100 trees next to Bear Creek! We will also be fencing our newly planted trees off to protect them from beavers.

Description
We work with residents of Denver's lower income neighborhoods to improve the physical environment. We have three main program areas:
1. Building Sustainable Communities, which includes job training and environmental leadership development.
2. Brownfields and land transformations, which includes converting underutilized properties to new parks, trails and other public amenities.
3. Denver Climate Challenge which focuses on reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
