Help Heartland Tree Alliance mulch trees in English Landing Park in Parkville, Missouri! Volunteer with us and discover why trees like donuts, not volcanoes!
Mulch is so important in young tree care not only to protect the bark from string trimmers and lawn mowers, but also to help retain moisture during our dry months. No prior experience is needed to be a mulching volunteer. Tools will be provided, but please wear gloves, sturdy shoes, long pants and bring a refillable water bottle.4 More opportunities with Bridging The Gap
