Tampa Jingle Bell Run Corporate and Team Kick-Off Luncheon

The Arthritis Foundation is seeking 6 volunteers to help with our annual Jingle Bell Run Corporate and Team Kick-off Luncheon.
The location of this event is the beautiful Bay Club at the Westshore Yatcht Club! Date for event is Thursday October 5, 2017. Dress Code is business Casual.
Set up begins at 10:00am and includes decorating a Christmas tree, putting up decorations, setting up the registration table. Registration begins at 11:45am - this includes greeting the attendees giving them their name tag and directing them to the luncheon room. Once the luncheon begins at 12:00pm we will switch the registration table to information table with all the materials the teams will need to help them in their fundraising efforts. While a few of the volunteers will work with the teams to help them gather the materials they will need - the other volunteers will be taking down the decorations in the luncheon area.
