Blossom would like to invite you to the Board Open House next week Thursday September 28th from 6 - 7:30 PM at our location 505 Barron Ave in Palo Alto.
Blossom is currently recruiting interested volunteers to serve on our nonprofit's Board of Directors, which helps to strategically shape and grow the organization as well as drive our mission to support new and expectant families. Are you interested or do you know someone in your network of friends and family who would like to join us at our Board Open House on Thursday September 28th from 6PM -7:30PM? This gathering is the perfect opportunity to meet current board members and find out what all is entailed with joining and serving on the board.
Making the commitment to be a Board member takes dedication and is so very rewarding! Blossom is a non-profit education and resource center that provides parents with a holistic view of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting. Our staff and educators create an inclusive and nurturing community that encourages wellness, confidence, and connected families. Our classes are the ideal size for personalized instruction, taught by educators who are diversity-minded and nonjudgmental, and who offer evidence-based information. Blossom provides resources and opportunities for maternity care professionals to train, continue education, network with each other, offer their services, and build community. Blossom collaborates with other non-profits and community organizations to address the important issues pertaining to infant and maternal health. We believe that parents who are supported and informed raise healthy, secure children - making our community strong now and into the future.
