*Before deciding to volunteer with HGRBS, please, understand why we are here. We are a 501 (c )(3) non-profit corporation of independent volunteers just like you. We are pro-private home volunteers. Our emphasis is on sharing free information with U.S. private home heads which enables them to make safer decisions about hiring contractors to work in, on, or around their properties.

Please, only offer your assistance if you also believe in our goodwill mission to private home heads.

Aside from being 18 years of age and over; a U.S. citizen/w computer savvy ... ...

  1. Write, read, and speak the English language to most accepted standards;
  2. Unbiased (our residents are of ALL races, nationalities, ethnicity, and religious beliefs)
  3. Very comfortable with assignments which are strictly offered and delivered from online;
  4. Detail-oriented;
  5. Passionate about what you do;
  6. Action-oriented and self-motivated;
  7. Results-driven and efficient;
  8. Okay with delivering on specific instructions.

Description

Although there are quite a few other clerical assignments available, this one entails proofreading and editing official text offline. You will be handling documents to be released online. Your professional expertise is required to ensure there are no prominent grammatical errors.

HGRBS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit of independent volunteers. It functions as an exclusive consumer information service. Exclusive emphasis is on supporting the rights and privileges of American private home decision makers in resident-contractor relations.

Specific values are towards residents making safer and wiser decisions, thereby, accruing better, most comparable results.

Demographic Focus: Private residential settings of detached single-family, duplex, and triplex structures, including similarly structured dwellings of townships, mansions, and estates.

Specific Concerns: Home maintenance and improvement in resident-contractor relations.

*Consistent with the HGRBS "Free Service Policy," the nonprofit offers and delivers primarily online [yet also in real-time] free information, advice, consultation, and support specifically related to matters of private home maintenance and improvement locally, statewide, and nationally in the United States. This is its irrevocable policy for operations.
