ORGANIZATION: OneOC

OneOC is proud to offer EncoreOC Fellowships throughout Orange County! As an EncoreOC fellow, you will connect with a local nonprofit in meaningful & purposeful service to help address unmet community needs. During the 8-week program, you will fulfill critical project-based assignments that will bolster the infrastructure of the nonprofit at which you are serving.

As a nonprofit developer, the mission of Innovative Housing Opportunities is to serve low to moderate income households with high-quality affordable housing, transformative programming, targeted services, and economic development opportunities to those most in need across Southern California.

As an EncoreOC Fellow, you will support the work and mission of Innovative Housing Opportunities in the area of Asset Management. Through this project-based assignment, you will do the following:
1. Create a portfolio performance dashboard using business metrics that highlight the level of performance in each IHO property for these areas: fiscal operations, compliance and property management.
2. Develop a checklist for use in tracking/managing the completion of key milestones within development projects through Certificates of Occupancy (COO's) ensuring that: a.) departmental input/feedback/review has been provided and sign-off obtained and b.) final, executed, organizational and regulatory documents have been properly archived.
3. Prepare an abstract for each IHO property agreement that summarizes roles and IHO responsibilities.
