Meet the talented artist who will be exhibiting their creations during our Boardwalk Weekend, September 30- October 2. Volunteers will support artists by watching their booths during breaks, answering questions, and acting as liaisons between artists and art show staff.

The Neptune Festival provides a quality, safe and diverse mix of events and activities which will enhance family values and togetherness, provide a vehicle by which business organizations can return value to Virginia Beach through support and sponsorships while receiving promotional and marketing values, create positive economic impact, allow an opportunity for non-profit, civic and charitable entities to enhance fund raising for their individual groups and to showcase the unique location of Virginia Beach as a city by the sea.
