Volunteers needed for Clean up in Ft. Mahan National Park

Hello folks this post is to inform all that A Cleaner Ward 7 will be hosting a clean up in Ft. Mahan park. This clean up will take place on Saturday Saturday October 9am-12pm. We will be working with the Fed City Rotary Club and other volunteers.

This effort is a part our ongoing effort to enhance the beautiful park areas of Ward 7 Washington D.C. This effort will be a multi-year effort and our clean up in Ft. Mahan park is another part of that ongoing effort. If we get enough help we will clean a section of Marvin Gaye park across the street from part of Ft. Mahan.

We would like to be useful to the environment and our community so please come out and join us on Oct 28 saturday. To see examples of our past clean ups in Ward 7 click on the following link.

And if your lucky you might even see a mother dear and her to fawns like we did @ a clean up in Marvin Gaye Park Ward 7 Washington D.C like we did earlier this year at a prior clean up. We will meet behind the 7/11 at the corner of Minnesota ave and Benning rd N.E D.C @ 9am.
