If you are interested in early childhood education, the visual arts, community service, and/or any combination of the above, then volunteer with us at the Zimmer Children's Museum!
The Zimmer Children’s Museum seeks friendly people who would like a rewarding volunteer experience in a unique environment. Our "hands on" museum is dedicated to teaching children the BIG IDEAS of global citizenship, community responsibility and cultural sensitivity by highlighting respect for others, generosity, helping those in need, accepting differences and celebrating uniqueness.
If you care about children, enjoy being in a fun creative space, and have skills you want to share, we have a number of volunteer assignments available.
We will help you decide which activities you would prefer and we provide training. Volunteer opportunities are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday depending on your particular interests and we are happy to work around your schedule.
