We are a transitional shelter for homeless families with children, and our mission is to empower and help them become independent and self-sufficient. We want our families to save as much money as possible during the time they stay in Thomas House; therefore, we provide weekly groceries to each of our 16 families.
In order to make this possible, we need committed volunteers who could help with picking up food and supplies from our local Sam's Club and deliver it to our shelter on Mondays at 11am (we are flexible with pick up times and available days).
If you would like to donate more hours, you're more than welcome to! We always love to have new volunteers to assist with our food distribution and donations :)
