The 2020 Great Lakes Bay Mom Prom, an annual fundraiser to benefit Family and Children’s Services, will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Great Hall. Mom Prom is a a ladies night out for 450 women who will enjoy music, dancing, food and fun while raising funds for a cause that is dear to each of them, the mission of Family and Children's Services including our pregnancy and post-pregnancy programs. The funds raised at the Great Lakes Bay Mom Prom will help us reach back and offer help to those who will reach out to us this year and may have nowhere else to turn. We take great pride in our ability to provide the highest quality of service and programming to area individuals and families. Our agency is unique as it turns no one away regardless of age, presenting concern, ability to pay or any other factor. Your support will reduce risk for vulnerable children and families and bring hope to those who all too often feel helpless. Mom Prom is at its simplest an event to help moms and families!
We will have our organizational meeting for the volunteer planning committee for the 2020 Great Lakes Bay Mom Prom at 6:00 on Wednesday, September 25 Family and Children’s Services. Please let me know if you’d like to be a part of the fun! Committee members will be needed to help with sponsorship, decorations, donations, ticket sales, silent auction, publicity, mission delivery and logistics.
If you are interested in being a part of the committee, but the meeting date doesn’t work for you, don’t worry, we will discuss the date and time for regular meetings at our organizational meeting. Just let us know what would work better for you!

Family and Children’s Services is a private, non-profit, non-sectarian, multi service agency specializing in quality treatment and support services designed to nurture family relationships, and enhance the well-being of individuals in central Michigan. Current programs offered include: mental health counseling for individuals and families, crisis services, addiction and recovery services, drug and alcohol testing, child and youth services, pregnancy and post pregnancy services and Employee Assistance Programs.
